Practice #1 was a success! We focused on the following:
- Stretching - 5 minutes
- Warmup - Line Name Suicides - 10 minutes
- Dribbling - single sides, alternating sides, sitting, through cones. 15 minutes
- Passing - Sitting, Bounce Chest, Distance Chest, Long throw. 15 minutes
- Shooting - 1 handed. - 10 minutes
- Gotcha (knockout) - 5 minutes
- Devotional - 5 minutes
NEW TRADITION: The Wiles family will be stopping by Big O' Donuts every night after basketball practice at 8:15. Come join us!
Practice #2 will be on Tuesday, Nov 20th, and 7pm at College Heights Church. Here will be our focus:
